Machinery Servicing

Production Machinery Servicing

  • Breakdowns & Repairs
  • Regular Planned Servicing
  • Mechanical & Electrical Engineers

Comprising of a service vehicle with tools and technical engineer(s) to repair, adjust and service production machinery. The Servicing Unit object is to get a stopped or troubled production machine or line running again quickly.

The Engineering Service Unit is aimed at solving small hiccups with client’s production machinery.

This service is ideally suited as a “get in and get it fixed” to get production going; then to avoid re-occurrences of similar problems again and again sign the machine up for a regular weekly or monthly service check by the Engineering Servicing Unit staff.

Plant breakdowns require a combination of trades to fix, Industrial Man provides industrial electricians to back-up their mechanical fitters.

Lack of regular servicing can lead to excessive wear escalating the inevitable repair cost, and even more so slowing production capabilities of the machine and reducing potential income; coupling repair costs and income losses can soon amount to far more than the actual engineering departments cost to maintain the plant.

Planned preventative maintenance service checks are a cheaper and less stressful solution to plant management.
